I was very pleased with my HTC vive Fallout 4 experience. Initially I thought that I was only getting a 25 minute experience but I was happy the hour and a quarter time I spent on the game. I play alot of standard Fallout 4 so I am very familiar with the game and it didn't take very long to become accustom to the new VR controls, it controls quite smoothly much better than psvr skyrim with motion controllers which is very similar. There were a couple of minor technical issues but I think they were mostly because I'm not used to using a vive, they were fixed almost immediately. Overall brilliant experience I would love to play Fallout Vr on survival mode and become completely be immersed. HTC vive is definitely the daddy out of the VR headsets.

I booked an appointment to go and demo the HTC Vive VR headset. When I got there (a little late) It was busier than I’ve ever seen it before. The members of staff working were very calm and didn’t look stressed at all. One of the guys took me through to the demo room and was extremely knowledgeable about the hardware and answered all of my questions. A great experience all around. Will definitely be going back.

Cracking experience this, well worth the trip (And being stuck in the 50mph zone for an EON). I certainly want to have VR at home now that's for sure as I can race just as quick but have the ease of using the mirrors!!

A brilliant demo of the HTC Vive with OCUK today. I've been a customer of theirs for years it's always friendly, impartial and competitive whenever I visit. I highly recommend them.

Really enjoyed the experience, did a 1.38sec lap round Donnington GP. Did bring my son but there was nothing for him to try VR with, however a young lady did recommend coming to your shop to try kids VR, would have been nice to maybe have a kids rig

Thank you Overclockers for an incredible experience in trying VR matched with Sim Racing. It is tremendous experience to be that much closer to the track with VR.

This was my first go on a VR racing rig, and it blew me away. For a while there i thought that if i crashed, i would be leaving in an ambulance. I didn't set the leaderboard on fire but loved it all the same. They also had John Wick on VR which I tried my hand at. When you put that headset on you are transported to another place where, I can only describe the technology as sorcery, because I believed I was actually there shooting these bad guys. At one point I was crouching behind this car for cover, and when the danger passed I tried to use the car to get up, promptly falling in a heap on the floor. Then to top it off, there were snacks.

As I already own a sim racing rig and Oculus rift I was very interested in your competition, I was very disappointed to find the adjustment of the rig and Vive were very rushed and I wasn't even asked if i felt comfortable. The setup of the Vive (graphically) was very poor and obviously not setup correctly also the tracking of the headset was juddery and poor.

Loved coming to Overclockers UK to do the Vive experience. The staff were helpful and showed us everything to do.

Booked to try the HTC Vive, excellent run through how it worked and 15 minutes trying 3 games. Great friendly company.

People will turn up from all over the country to get involved in this, might be wise to advise them that there are no toilets available and they should use the nearby Morrisons facilities if they need to. I luckily arrived 20mins early after an hour's drive which allowed me enough time to get across and not miss my slot. The actual VR experience was great though.

Overclockers were able to deliver on a fantastic VR experience. Between the room they had set aside for the demo and the incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff they had running the hardware/software, the whole experience was amazing.

Thanks for all the brilliant help and advice, having not built a computer for over 15 years and had no idea of what was best or what was compatible with what, etc. Have now built the machine and it is amazing, it was spec'd by Ben to perfection and it outperforms all expectation, my son is a very happy boy. Also had a Vive demo with Simon today which was mind blowing, definitely next on the list. The service and help is second to none. Went for a demo of the HTC VR kit, absolutely superb piece of kit. The staff that took us through the demo were very good and made the experience even better. Would thoroughly recommend going to the store and trying out this piece of kit. Couldn't fault the visit in any way.

I am an avid gamer have been for 35 years and the time I spent today trying out VR was the most amazing experience in gaming I have ever had. Overclockers staff were as usual very helpfull, thank you for the advice and as per our chat I ordered a Vive the moment I got home :) .

My son loved this. A great 'holodeck' experience. Alex was fantastic and Overclockers UK are amazing. Would not think of buying a pc/vr from anyone else.

The HTC Vive experience was amazing. After watching videos prior to going it does not compare to actually experiencing it first hand. The demos were brilliant and you can certainly get lost in your own virtual world! Would highly recommend

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to the guys at Overclockers UK for offering this experience free of charge and for their time today (especially Liam? who assisted me with the software, answered my questions and even took a few souvenir photos on my iPhone. I went along today to play test the Vive as I had already used the Oculus Rift and wanted to see which I preferred before putting down some hard cash. Spoiler: HTC Vive wins hands down. I could dribble on about the differences and similarities between the two headsets but when it comes down to it, it all boils down to what you want from your VR setup. For me I wanted the full immersive experience. What I mean by that is the ability to walk around my environment and interact with it. Room scale plays a massive part in just that. Just being able to walk around and interact with objects in what are pretty simplistic games blew me away. No amount of YouTube demos will justify this technology you simply must experience it in person. A REAL game changer. Software tested included: The Lab, theBlu, Budget Cuts, Space Pirate Trainer, Tilt Brush and The Brookhaven Experiment.

To say I was impressed with the Vive is an understatement. The guy that helped us with the demonstration was very friendly, helpful, answered all the questions we asked with ease and made it a fun and enjoyable try out for us. Now I just have to persuade the wife to let me buy one :-)

Me and my friend Jamie visited the guys at Overclockers UK on Friday 22nd April for a good long (multi-slot booked) session on the HTC Vive. In a word: outstanding. From Elite Dangerous to the Bow and Arrow mini-game in Valve's, The Lab I had a thoroughly amazing and immersive time. Thanks again for Overclockers UK for being so accommodating to us on that day. Can't wait for the Vive in June!

Trying the HTC Vive at Overclockers was an experience that I want to repeat. The staff were friendly and helpful, provided their own hints and tips for using the Vive. Now I just need to convince the better half I need one.

Had an awesome time trying the HTC vive. Took my sister as she had never tried VR and not interested in games or technology and she loved it, she already recommended it to a friend. The staff were very friendly and helpful

This was a great demo of what the Vive can do. The accuracy of head/ body and hand controls was excellent . The ability to fool you and make you believe you are in the scene your viewing was very good. The 3D sound was also very good. Only thing holding this tech back is the price of the headset currently £746 plus the cost of a top range graphics card and CPU and the lack of quality games.

Myself and my friend attended yesterday at 10:40 and 11:00. Both if us loved it and the guy running the demos was brilliant! Thanks we are both going to get the vive.

Well worth the 30min journey from stafford, they say you dont no what vr is like untill you try it on and this was a great experience and in my favorite online store!

The vive itself was incredible. After just a couple demos, the immersion is real. And i got really into it. The staff were friendly, and totally helped us re-book our demo due to us missing it because of traffic. 10/10 would do again.

Just wanted to say that we had a fab time at the VR demo on Thursday. We were made to feel very welcome and were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. We drove a 120 mile round trip for the demo and it was well worth it! Thanks to everyone!!

I tried this demo so that I could feel what the new range of VR headsets were like first hand and it was a really good introduction. The experiences were interesting and showed the range of things you can do in VR and the assistant helping was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to anyone thinking of buying a VR headset.

The vive experience was awesome, But better than that was the very helpful staff, After my demo he asked if my mom would like a go who is 68 years old and she loved it too. Thank you Overclockers for an enjoyable experience.
